Sunrise Plastic is excited to announce that we have added three more products to our GreenCircle certified 100% recycled content portfolio. This brings us to 10 certified offerings, a testament to our commitment to sustainability.
Since 1988, Sunrise has provided solutions to major petrochemical producers across North America to recover and recycle excess polymers. Through our world-class polymer improvement processes and technical testing, we return the polymer to a clean, homogeneous, reusable state.
To achieve certification, GreenCircle conducts rigorous validation of the source matter, percentage of recycled material, and process of these materials. The three new certified products are:
- Sunrise Renew Polymers® Polystyrene (PS)
- Sunrise Renew Polymers® Polypropylene/Polyethylene Mix (PP/PE)
- Sunrise Sustainable Polymers® Polymers (PP/PE)
The Sunrise Renew products are made with 100% recycled pre-consumer content (PIR), while the Sunrise Sustainable product consists of 100% recycled post-consumer content (PCR). With these newly certified products, we can serve customers who are looking for independently verified recycled polystyrene, polypropylene, and polyethylene content for their products.
